Abstract

The development of thyroid carcinoma in a medial neck cyst with histologically clear thyroid gland is a rare disease (2, 9, 13, and 14). It is often diagnosed incidentally after surgical excision.

There is a possibility of malignant transformation of multifocal occurrences thyroid mass in literature (12, 14). It is very important to think of it in the differential diagnosis decisions.
