Abstract
The international arbitration is facing many new challenges - e.g. transparency of investment arbitration, accelerated proceedings, or on-line arbitration. The struggle for customer between institutional arbitration courts leads to expansion of their services.
The institutional arbitration courts try to meet requirements of the disputing parties by means of providing specific forms of arbitration. The subject matter of the paper is introducing recent development of sport arbitration, investment arbitration, marine arbitration and accelerated arbitration.
