This contribution to the flora of the ecologically heterogeneous Českomoravské mezihoří hills, Czech Republic, includes records of 394 plant species and/or subspecies from 120 localities. This set of regional floristic data was initially not intended for publication because of its origin from differently aimed projects.
Field sampling was carried out during the 1990s. However, many changes in the landscape during the following twenty years have led us to publish these relatively old data.
The specific character of students excursions focused primarily on community ecology, biotope naturalness and demonstration of habitats important for nature protection lead to the discovery of several taxa (e.g. Carex sp., Rubus sp., Tetragonolobus maritimus, Cirsium heterophyllum, Veronica fi liformis, etc.) interesting from this point of view.
Comments on these species are summarised at the end of this contribution.
