The library of the Benedictine monastery in Rajhrad poses as a whole in layout and architectural design of the main hall building valuable historical complex, and also incorporates a series of volumes, their significant historical value. The task of microbiological and mycological part of the project was to test the microbiological and especially mycological contamination and volume environment and its evaluation in relation to the shelf life of books and the potential risks for workers and researchers coming to this fund into contact.
