Abstract
Aim of this methodology is to present an overview of the legal status of minorities, in particular from the point of view of complicated context of the European and international law. The general questions of the legal status of minorities are seemingly a well-known problem, however the reality is unfortunately different and only few experts knowledgeable in this area.
