Abstract
The methodology concentrates on the question of the rights of members of minorities and foreigners and the possibilities of their enforcement in the area of discrimination and human rights protection. It describes which rights the members of minorities and foreigners (therefore prospective members of minorities) have within the area of antidiscrimination law and human rights law.
