Abstract
The article discusses the conference, which was held 5-8 June 2013 in Innsbruck, and dealt with education reform in the Habsburg Monarchy in the mid of the 19th century, whose face became Count Leo Thun. The conference was attended by speakers from the historical parts of the monarchy and rated shattering reforms to the educational system of their countries.
