Abstract

The chapter focuses on the influence of Roman law on the modern criminal law. Its main aim is to summarize the legal gradual development of the institute of Crimen falsi as part of the Roman criminal law and then compare it with historical legal regulation of crime forgery and falsification in our country and also with its regulation in the contemporary criminal law.
