Abstract
Openness to individualization of person through free choice of way, on which will be his life realized, is one of the most important aspects of 21st century. Although is this opennes not inherent in every country, it is at least possible to say, that in Europe and United States is left to each one space, in which he will realize himself.
Nevertheless, if one wants to realize his actions according to his goals, he already must operate with views, that will allow him to set these goals. Not only, that such views constitutes perspectives of interpretation of his being in society, they also constitutes his perspectives on the society.
We are going to call these views "values", as did Ladislav Hejdánek, whose attitude towards man in todays society we would like to interpret.
