The contribution analyses the possibilities for employment Czechs and Slovaks who arrived as re-emigrants and repatriants into CZechoslovakia after the World War First. It briefly explains meaning of the word "re-emigrations" and "repatriation".
It also differences between incoming re-emigrants and repatriants from different parts of Central Europe and it presents their main problems like lack of free land for their location, increasing unemployment. These problems are analysed for the specific example of re-emigration 100 Slovak families from Hungary.
