Abstract
The aim of this database is to enable those who are interested to search by key words and its chaining easily within the database of judicial decisions and other documents regarding the issues of legal status of minorities. The database is open and continuously supplemented with further judicial decisions and documents.
There have been incorporated selected judicial decisions of the European Court of Human Rights and Constitutional Court concerning the minorities, judicial decisions from the area of the labour law concerning the minorities and documents of the Council of Europe into the database.
