Solidarity expressed in assistance and collaboration during floods: Why? Who? When? With whom? In favor of who? How?

Abstract

Flood memory returned to Czech Republic and flood preparedness consequently improved. Still, the sympathizing assistance from outside bring dilemmas.

We reflect it to contribute to the interpersonal, inter-organizational and interdisciplinary co-operation.
