Abstract
Author makes a distuincton between power possessed by the powerful and those who are powerless; makes a difference between the positive and negative aspects of power; does an effective control of power exist? Particularly the structures of power and their analyses are eminently important. Therefore to gain a penetrative insight of powers is particularly desirable.
