Abstract
The paper discusses the research activities of Professor Rudolf Kimla (1866-1950) in the context of the scientific cooperation between Slavic nations, notably as a member of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Kraków and his participation in a congress of Slavic doctors held in Poznan in 1933.
