Abstract
Presented case report demonstrates the effectiveness of a comprehensive dapagliflozinu induced in combination therapy with metformin. During the six-month therapy improved metabolic control with achieving target HbA1c, weight reduction and blood pressure.
The treatment was very well tolerated, with no adverse effects, indicating a subjective improvement.
