Abstract
The paper analyses some of the issues that can be considered as problematic in the regulation of current Czech law on criminal liability of legal persons. This includes the concept of imputability of the offense of legal person, the extent of criminalization criminal corporate liability and efficiency of the prosecution of some legal persons.
