Abstract
TIn this chapter author deals with interpretation of sections 2939 to 2943. In the commentary for these provisions author concerns himself with liability to compensate damage that arises from defect of product.
Damages for this compensation is regulated in special provisions on liability for indemnity. These provisions are a part of regulation of compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage.
