Simultaneous Targeting of Bladder Tumor Growth, Survival, and Epithelial-to-Mesenchymal Transition with a Novel Therapeutic Combination of Acetazolamide (AZ) and Sulforaphane (SFN)

Abstract

Thorough analysis of effects of experimental therapeutic compounds acetazolamide and isothiocyanate sulforaphane on viability, proliferation, and survival in vitro as well as in vivo of urothelial bladder carcinoma cell lines has been performed.
