Abstract
The book efforts to analyse the legal institution of abuse of law, describes its basic concepts, focuses on the substance of abuse of law and its consequences. Furthermore, it examines these categories in various legal fields, namely in administrative law, fundamental rights, union law, fundamental freedoms, social law, competition law, constitutional law and tax law as well as within the protection of personality, civil law, civil procedural law and bankruptcy law.
