The paper begins with a description of Renaud Barbaras' phenomenological project which he has been developping under the guideline of the logic of phenomenological correlation. As the second chapter describes, the balance of the correlation is lost in Jean-Luc Marion's analyses of saturated phenomena.
The third chapter presents one of possible radical elaborations of Marion's concept of "giveness" - Marc Richir's phenomenology. The conclusion, in which all three projects are designated by the term "post-classical eidetics", is that this eidetics should not be the only goal of phenomenology.
