Abstrakt
The article deals with the usage of past tenses in the handwritten fragment of the Old Czech Alexandreis from the Southern Bohemian Museum in České Budějovice. The author focuses on functions of the past tenses and on their usage in the narrator's speech and in the protagonists' speech.
