The paper focuses on current ethical problems associated with the allocation of financial resources, especially with regard to the possibilities and limits of dialysis treatment in the Czech Republic. In the introductory section shows the original ethical problems that were associated with a history of chronic hemodialysis treatment.
It also deals with ethical problems currently arising dialysis treatment in relation to the concept of the concept of health care. Includes areas of ethical issues that relate primarily to the increase in the expenses of patients and high dialysis treatment.
