The Relationship between Income Inequality and the Level of Corruption in Post-Communist European Countries

Abstrakt
This presentation analyses the relationship between income inequality and corruption in Europe and looks specifically on post-communist European countries. It argues that in the case of post communist countries, the relationship between corruption and income inequality is more complicated than in the rest of Europe and thus different approach in combatting corruption must be taken.
