Afghanistan in the eyes of Turkmenistan. Problematic Neighbor or Security Threat?

Abstract

The article discuss mostly Turkmenistan's point of view on bilateral relations and argues that Afghanistan's threat raised as one of the most serious problems for Turkmen elites in recent two years.
