International Administrative Law and Administrative Acts: Transterritorial Decision Making Revisited
Abstrakt
The article deals with current legal problems arising from transterritorial (transnational) decision making. It points out the most current theoretical issues arising from the feature of transterritorial (transnational) decision making on the different levels of vertical, horizontal and coordinated relations.
The author also deals with the reception and evaluation of these forms of decision making in the scholarship of administrative law, in particular with regard to the science of international administrative law (diritto internazionale amministrativo, droit administratif international, internationales Verwaltungsrecht). Last but not least, the author deals with current perspectives of international administrative law as a subject on the crossroads of administrative and international law.
