Abstract
Only the half-recodification of criminal law has been made in the Czech Republic so far. New Criminal Code was adopted in 2009 but new Criminal Procedure Code has not been adopted yet.
The recodification of criminal procedure law, which was supposed to be adopted simultaneously with the recodification of substantive criminal law, keeps being postponed.
