Abstrakt
The article descibes a new amendment of the Act no. 418/2011 Coll., on Criminal Liability of Legal Entities and Proceedings Against them that will come into effect on 1 December 2016. The amendment represents a significant change in the regulation of the criminal liability of legal entities, especially in two ways: (i) the amount of crimes which can be committed by legal entities increases; and (ii) new defence for legal entities is presented.
