Instructions regarding the management of company's business according to s 51(2) of the Business Corporations Act

Abstract

The purpose of this lecture was to inform participants of the colloquium with the current interpretative issues of s 51(2) of the Business Corporations Act. The contribution focused particularly on the issue, who may request instructions from the supreme body of the business corporation regarding the management of its business.
