Abstract
Authors Adam and Tomas Doležalové, both recognized experts on civil tort law and specialists in medico-legal issues presented to a wide readership, extensive opus centered about a single causality in civil law. Be noted that this is a rare monograph on the subject, which is still present in the range unprocessed, and despite the fact that it is one of the basic prerequisites to civil liability.
Causality is undoubtedly the central concept of civil tort law in general, the authors are well aware of it; becomes the key to understanding and ultimately the "denouement" the most complex legal cases in the area of compensation for material and immaterial damage.
