Abstract
In Chapter 9 author deals with the jurisdictional immunities of international organizations. It defines the immunities of States and international organizations as subjects of international law and discusses the relevance and admissibility of analogy.
Then the key differences are identified. The chapter also deals with the sources of law in the field of jurisdictional immunity of international organizations and their nature, which is primarily treaty-based.
It also analyses the access of international and national courts on jurisdictional immunities of international organizations.
