Abstract
One of the general issues addressed by comparative science is the classification of the law, ie. in this case the civil law of diferent countries to the so-called legal systems, therefore geographical classification or creation of some kind of legal geography. Although the number of sovereign states in the world is approaching two hundred and in the most of them the relationships forming the subject of civil law are object of civil regulation, the basic legal systems in the world are fundamentally just three.
