Abstract
The topic deals with potentional collision between the right for protection of private life and the right to receive information. On the basis of the Czech constitutional order the topic analysis the right to receive information which si derived from the right of speech, and the right for protection of private life.
The right for protection of private life colides with the right to demand and require information about the other person. The topic highlights the difference between the right to speech and right to receive information that is derived from the first one.
The topic presents the case law of Czech courts in this matter.
