According to some studies of the non-legal scientists, nothing such as free will of people exists. In case this hypothesis was verified, the question is what would be the impact of it in law.
The thesis will be a consideration exactly of this possibility. The aim of this thesis is to present the hypothesis of non-existence of free will and to state examples of the impact of its verification on law, especially on criminal and consumer protection law.
The aim of the thesis is not to verify the hypothesis, but to propose a different view on law than we are used to - on law based on assumption that people act freely. Partially, it deals also with actual meaning of "acting freely" and with the question if free will really does not exist.
