This thesis deals with the prohibition of abuse of law which is deemed as legal principle applicable also in procedural law. It offers a comparative review of legal norms containing the prohibition of abuse of law, definitions of prohibition of abuse of law, arguments supporting conception of the prohibition of abuse of law as a legal principle, relevance and understanding of the prohibition of abuse of procedural law.
It also concerns the problem of "evident" abuse of law and finally, it suggests what are possible grounds and solutions of abuse of law.
