Abstract
The author proposes the abrogation of the Act No. 3/2002 Sb. and its replacement by a new one. New Act on Freedom of Religious Belief has to extend the right to establish church schools to all registered religious communities and to unify legal status of church schools.
It has to enable the church schools to become legal persons derived from those communities and to be registered in the same register containing other subjects derived from religious communities, such as parishes, dioceses, congregations, religious orders, charities and diaconias. The author proposes to make the appropriate changes to the Education Act, too.
