Abstract
Contribution to the issue of corporate criminal liability after the amendment made by Act no. 183/2016 Coll. It deals with the last amendment to Act no. 418/2011 Coll., on criminal liability of legal persons and proceedings against them, as amended.
The most significant change is the amendment of § 7 TOPO, which solves conceptually list of offenses, a legal persons are responsible for. The responsibility extends to all offenses covered by the Criminal Code - with the exception of those, where it is expressly precluded by law.
