Abstrakt
Czech registered nurses seem to be migrating in smaller numbers than their colleagues from the other Eastern European countries, given the mobility-facilitating European policies and relatively poorer working conditions in the Czech Republic in comparison with the Western European countries. Czech nurses prefer temporary migration, but after their return to the home country they struggle to reintegrate effectively into Czech nursing.
