The topic of medication non-adherence of geriatric patient and its solution during the individual consultation in a community pharmacy

Abstract

Individual consultations in a community pharmacy provide appropriate conditions for identifying and solving drug-related problems. Medication non-adherence is frequently occurred drug-related problem.

The aim of this geriatric case report is to present the possibility of detection and solution of non-adherence to the selected pharmacotherapy during the pharmaceutical care in community pharmacy.
