Poetry as a 'spiritual' exercise: about the correspondence between Aurobindo Ghose and Dilip Kumar Roy

Abstrakt
The article analyzes the correspondence in between the master and the student, underlining how this exchange, mainly conceived in order to help the latter in his spiritual development, becomes the opportunity for an exchange about theory of poetry and for the creation of a metric system for Bengali poetry.
