Abstract

Feldenkrais method (FM) uses movement and motor learning as a way to influence and progress of an individual both from the physical and psychic point of view. In group sessions "Awareness through movement" individuals are verbally led to do certain movement sequences.

The aim of this work was to explore the effect of a three-day course of FM on perceived range of motion, pain and mood.
