Abstract
The author is Doctor of Law (JUDr.), the head of the Legal office of the Czech Medical Society ( ČLK). He list the most common legal problems that occurs in medicine.
Warns initiability for legal advice in solving complex problemes, especialy when LTE expect a lawsuit. The autor's experiences are invaluable.
