Some issues regarding the amendment of the foundation legal act of the Capital Company

Abstract

The article deals with the form of the foundation legal act, with consequences of its failure to comply with and with the amendment of the foundation legal act by an agreement, by a decision of the supreme body and the amendment resulting from a decision of the supreme body.
