In East blows a stronger wind - alternative dispute resolution for consumer litigation in Hungary and the Czech Republic

Abstract

The ADR Directive has been implemented with different regulatory approaches in Hungary and in the Czech Republic. The paper compares the litigation models with regard to the promotion the participation of companies, the process output, and quality of the persons in charge of ADR possess.
