Abstract
The chapter of the university textbook on criminal procedure law deals with the special types of proceedings. These are varied proceedings pursuant to the Chapter Twenty of the Criminal Code (Sec. 290 till 314 of the Criminal Code) that require to be regulated specifically in comparison to the standard proceedings from the legislative-technical point of view.
The chapter, which has been written by new authors compared to the previous edition, contains a brand new arrangement of the matter of special types of proceedings.
