Abstract
I think that the issue of religious freedom is becoming more and more actual in these days. In my article I tried to briefly define the concept of freedom of religion, I too tried define legislation this freedom in the Czech Republic law and in the European Union law.
In conclusion, I focused on some judgments that define when and under what conditions can by the religious freedom limited.
