Abstract
Melanocytic nevi and malignant melanomas are in most cases quite significantly pigmented lesions, and it also corresponds dermatoscopic findings. That is why the non-pigmented variant of melanocytic speeches rare, but more feared diagnostic problem.
In many cases, the melanoma completely disregarded from the differential diagnosis, which may have fatal consequences for the patient. We therefore recommend that the investigation diagnostically unclear amelanotického or minimally pigmented speech rather always think well of malignant melanoma in his unusual formats.
Similar diagnostic trouble under the benign lesion may also be dermal Spitz nevus variant.
