Abstrakt
The article analyses different approaches to the study of the Spanish subjunctive. We concentrate on Spanish monographs and larger series of articles published in the last twenty years.
We compare them and point out a number of questions that still remain unresolved. We present different approaches to the Spanish subjunctive and analyze their possible application in linguistics and didactics.
We also formulate our opinion regarding the possibility of finding one single rule for the use of subjunctive.
