Abstrakt
The contribution embodies responses to the questionnaire as follows: the position of the law of foreign origin (European, international) within the Czech legal order, question of supremacy, its role as a criterion of constitutional review of norms; a solution of conflicts between national, European and international law, the question of thei hierarchy or subsidiarity; constituional identity under the constrains of EU law and European Convention on Human Rights; relation between the Constitutional Court and European Court of Justice/European Court of Human Rights, submissions for preliminary references; a participation of the Constitutional Court at the judicial dialog through referencies to case-law; legitimacy, souvereignty and loyalty issues in constitutional jurisprudence; interpenetration of legal systems in view of the Constitutional Court; etc.
