Nutritional status and nutritional support of patients in a palliative oncological care clinic represent an important problém in this area of health care. Nutritional intervention should be targeted individually, with the main priority aimed at reduction of malnutrition, leading to reduction of complications occurrence and increase of the patients'quality of life.
Our worksite performed a study investigating the influence of simple nutritional support on the nutritional status of patients in a palliative oncological care clinic.
