The lecture dealt with current problems in application and interpretation of abstract legal terms. In the center of interest there was an abstract legal term "good morals." The theory of a German professor Christoph Schärtl about three-step interpretation of the term "good morals" was presented.
Regarding the theory of Niklas Luhmann and Gunther Teubner about law as an autopoietic system, the theory of interpretation of abstract legal term as such was drafted.
